Research
Laboratory for community-funded science
The American Biostasis Foundation operates as a hands-on research lab for work backed by decentralized science communities. CryoDAO and HydraDAO channel treasury resources into cryopreservation, biostasis, and replacement-science programs; ABF hosts execution, facilities, and scientific capacity for initiatives aligned with our mission, including the flagship STASIS campus and cryobiology programs featured on each DAO’s project roster.
CryoDAO projects
- In Vitro Fertilization and Cryopreservation of Embryos Derived from RR-20 Space Mice Colony
- Multi-Organ Cryopreservation, HIFU Rewarming, and Quality/Functional Evaluation in a Pig Model
- High Sub-Zero Preservation and Revival of a Small Mammal (CRYORAT)
- Neuroscience of Learning and Memory Study + Survey of Doctors on Biostasis
- Cryoprotective Agent (CPA) Repository for Researchers and Medicinal Chemists
- Live Births from Vitrified and Replanted Whole Ovaries in Large Mammals
- Molecular Profiling and Computational Modelling for Novel Cryoprotectants
